Network Heroes Needs Your Help To Support Animals In Need

We’re teaming up with the Animal Foundation to collect supplies and funds for the thousands of lost, unwanted, neglected, and abandoned animals this incredible organization takes in each year.

In operation since 1978, the Animal Foundation first began providing shelter services in 1995. Since then, they’ve been working to care for animals who have no have no one else to count on. As a non-profit organization, they depend on support from
the community to continue to provide shelter, medical care, and hope to countless strays and lost pets.

We decided to have our Animal Foundation Drive coincide with Lost Dog Awareness Day for two reasons:

Kairi

Kairi

First, the Animal Foundation is where 9 out of every 10 strays picked up by Animal Control in the Las Vegas valley ends up. Second, their work with rescue dogs is especially close to our hearts – Shelby, our awesome Office Administrator, adopted a sweet and goofy Pit Bull from the Animal Foundation with her fiancĂ© two years ago. The second they saw Kairi’s photo on the Animal Foundation website, they were in love. They picked her up from the shelter the very next day, and she now spends her time chasing their little Chihuahua around and playing with her toys – still with that goofy expression that first caught their attention. Shelby’s fiancĂ© loves having a big dog to play with, and they’re both thrilled to be able to call this sweet girl theirs.

As of today, we are asking for both cash donations (even $5 can make a difference) and any of the items on our Wish List to help the staff at the Animal Foundation look after the many dogs, cats, and critters still waiting to find their forever home:
